Novel concept of combining the Sports Bar and the BBQ Joint. Two things (along with beer) that guys love. With that in mind, we created a macho, industrial logo, with "Harley" flair and BBQ colors. (This BBQ concept would eventually morph into Adams Rib, due to budget).
